Your Ritual for Maximum Effect
Application & Pause
Preparation: Apply a sufficient amount of gel (only to white vitiligo patches).
Wait 30 minutes for the active ingredients to absorb deeply. This is crucial.
Initial Exposure
Expose the skin to sunlight or a UVB lamp (Dermalight) for the prescribed time.
Start with short intervals (e.g., 5 mins sun or 30 secs UVB lamp) and gradually increase them in subsequent sessions.
Target & Dosage
Continue increasing exposure until the vitiligo becomes slightly red (melanocyte activation). Redness appears a few hours after exposure.
Average times are 10-30 mins (sun) and 3-4 mins (UVB), varying by skin type.
