How Vitistop Gel works
Vitiligo develops when melanocytes lose their function or are no longer present. These are the skin cells responsible for producing melanin, the natural pigment that gives the skin its colour. This causes the characteristic white patches associated with vitiligo.
Vitistop Gel contains a combination of natural extracts and selected active ingredients designed to support the skin and its natural pigment-forming processes.
Its purpose is to support melanocyte activity and help promote a more even, natural-looking skin tone.
The photographs below show an example of visible repigmentation progress with Vitistop Gel. The first signs of new pigment may become visible after approximately four weeks of regular use. Results vary according to skin type and individual response.
Clearly visible white patches before the first signs of repigmentation.

Gradual return of natural skin pigment with regular use.

A more even-looking skin tone after repeated and continued use.

Developed together with dermatologists
Vitistop Gel was developed together with dermatologists to provide targeted support for people with vitiligo as part of their daily skincare routine.
The improved formula is based on current knowledge in vitiligo research and contains carefully selected ingredients including superoxide dismutase (SOD), Psoralea seed oil (Babchi oil), copper, zinc and vitamin B12. This combination supports the skin’s natural pigmentation processes and helps care for pigment-producing cells.
Example routine with natural sunlight
Apply Vitistop Gel to the affected areas and wait for approximately 30 minutes. Then expose the skin to sunlight for around 5 minutes.
If there is no mild redness by the following day, the exposure time may be increased gradually in steps of approximately 5 minutes.
A slight temporary redness may occur and can remain visible until the following day.
Because sunlight intensity varies depending on the season and every skin type reacts differently, the exposure time should always be adjusted individually.
Example routine with a UVB lamp
Apply Vitistop Gel to the affected areas and wait for approximately 30 minutes. Then use the UVB lamp according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Begin with a short exposure time of approximately 12–20 seconds. If there is no mild redness by the following day, increase the exposure gradually in accordance with the lamp instructions.
The aim is only a mild, gentle redness of the treated areas.
Because every person reacts differently to UVB light, the exposure duration should be adjusted individually. The average treatment time is usually around 3–4 minutes.
Our recommendation
Begin carefully so that you can observe how your skin responds to the gel and to sunlight or UVB exposure. Increase the duration gradually over the following days until a very mild redness becomes visible, usually on the following day.
When spending more than 15 minutes in the sun, use an appropriate sunscreen or wash the Vitistop Gel off beforehand to avoid unnecessary overexposure.
A second application of the gel before bedtime may provide additional support to the routine.
