What is Vitistop Gel
Vitistop Gel is an innovative, next‑generation dermal preparation intended for the management of vitiligo.
How Vitistop Gel Works
Melanocytes are epidermal cells responsible for producing melanin, the pigment that gives skin its colour. In vitiligo, these cells may become inactive or be destroyed, resulting in depigmented patches. Combination of natural extracts and evidence‑informed active ingredients in Vitistop Gel supports melanocyte regeneration and a return towards physiological function for a more uniform, natural skin tone:
Phase 1
Depigmented areas may begin to show a faint pink hue, indicating initial reactivation of melanocytes.

Phase 2
Pink areas begin to contract and gradually blend with surrounding skin as melanin synthesis increases.

Phase 3
In this phase, the depigmented vitiligo patches have disappeared and the skin has regained a uniform colour.

Our Advanced Formula
Vitistop Gel integrates the latest research within a carefully balanced composition of active ingredients:
- Superoxide dismutase (SOD): Neutralises free radicals and helps restore the skin’s antioxidant balance.
- Babchi oil (Psoralea seed oil): Stimulates melanocytes and encourages natural melanin production.
- Copper and zinc ions: Key trace minerals that activate tyrosinase, the enzyme essential for pigmentation.
- Vitamins B5 and B12: Support overall skin health and melanin synthesis.
- Calcium pantothenate: Aids melanin production and enhances copper absorption for optimal efficacy.
Owing to its composition, Vitistop Gel is suitable for children from 3 years of age.
Incorporate Vitistop Gel into your routine to maximise benefit:
- Preparation before therapy: Apply 30 minutes prior to sun exposure or UVB therapy.
- Gradual increase in exposure: Start with short intervals, for example 5 minutes in the sun or as directed by the UVB lamp instructions, and progressively extend as the skin acclimatises.
- Desired effect: Continue increasing these intervals until the vitiligo‑affected areas become slightly red, which indicates effective stimulation of pigment production.
- Night‑time support: Consider a second application before bedtime to support overnight regeneration and pigment formation.
- Important information: Expose the skin to a UVB lamp or sunlight only once any redness has fully subsided and the vitiligo‑affected areas appear pale again.
For this reason, treatment is typically undertaken two to three times per week, allowing sufficient time for the skin to regenerate between sessions. - Results: The onset of new pigmentation can be expected within approximately 3 to 6 weeks.
