Ahojte, posielam svoju repigmentáciu nôh a lakťov, ktorá začala cca 3 týždne po dovolenke.

Na dovolenke som si natieral biele miesta Vitistop gélom a najprv som sa spálil ale asi to tak malo byť, keďže výsledok je viditeľný.
Poslednú dobu jem určite menej mäsa ako kedysi ale inak v strave som nezmenil nič. Jem skoro všetko a začal som piť Aloe Vera a džúsy. Vitiligo mám od svojich 19 rokov a teraz mám 30. Nikdy mi to tak výrazne nerepigmentovalo ako teraz, skôr sa mi to len rozširovalo pomaličky. Určite v natieraní budem pokračovať ďalej.
